MSROM/ CARDIO COMBO

This class is designed for any fitness level using a chair, hand weights, resistance tubes, and small balls to strengthen the cardiovascular system - while also improving muscular strength, balance and coordination.

Meets: Tuesday 9:30 - 10:30 am; Friday 10:30 - 11:30 am

Fees: FREE YM $45 PM

YOGA STRETCH

Learn to focus the mind on the breath while lengthening the spine, stretching the arms, legs, torso, back and chest. All yoga poses are modified with the use of a chair.

Meets: Wednesday-10:15 - 10:55 am

Fees: FREE YM $45 PM
