The child watch area is available for children of members and PMs who use the Decatur County Family YMCA facility. Parents must remain on YMCA premises. All attendants in the child watch area are CPR, AED and First Aid Certified. They also attend a Child Abuse Prevention seminar.

Have a Fitness Specialist do a full Health Risk Assessment and Body Composition using the 7 site skin fold test to determine your body fat percentage, lean body weight percentage, and target weight. We will take your blood pressure, heart rate, height and weight, and have you answer a short questionnaire. We then compile these tests using a state of the art software program that will then tell you how susceptible you may be to diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and other health related problems. Are you just beginning to exercise and feel lost? Have you been working out and not getting the results you would like. Let one of our trainers analyze your fitness level or previous routine and implement a program that is effective, practical, and instructive so you can reach your goal. Program will vary depending on your specific goals: whether you want to improve your cardiovascular strength, lose weight, tone or increase muscle size, or improve balance and flexibility. Our trainers can help you achieve your goal! Unused sessions expire 6 months from date of purchase.
