SELF DEFENSE WORKSHOP

March 27 Time: 1:30-3:30 pm
Fees: $15 YM, 20 PM
Learn basic techniques and tactics while you interact with others to perfect those skills. The 1.5 hour workshop will give you the knowledge to help keep you safe if you or your family is in danger of being attacked. Particpants may enter thier name in a drawing for a pocket-sized mace spray.
PARENTS NIGHT OUT

February 5th, March 5th, April 9th, May 7th Time: 4:00-9:00 pm (Registration deadline will be noon on the day before)
Fees: $15 YM, $25 PM
Parents bring your kids to the YMCA for an evening of fun while you enjoy an evening out! See a movie, go out for dinner, or get some shopping odne! The time is yours! Do anything you want! Your kids will be able to swim, play games, watch a movie, eat pizza, and more!
JUNIOR HIGH NIGHT AT THE YMCA

May 1 Time: 7:00-9:30 pm
Fees: $3 YM, $5 PM
Activities inclue: volleyball, basketball, dance-dance revolution, gmes, music, dancing and refreshments available for purchase..
FLICK-N-FLOAT

May 1 Time: 5:00 pm
Fees: FREE YM, $1 Pool Pass PM
Enjoy a movie while floating around in our pool! Bring your float and enjoy the show! Registration limited to the first 50 participants.
SAFE SITTER CLASS

March 16 & 17th 9:00-11:30 am (Registration deadline March 10th)
Fees: $30 YM, $40 PM
The Safe Sitter course is designed for 11-13 year olds (we cannot make any exceptions to the age requirement). Students will learn essential babysitting skills, safety skills for both themselves and the child, and how to care for a choking child.
DADDY DAUGHTER NIGHT

February 13th 5:00-7:30 pm
Fees: $20 YM $25 PM ($5 for each additional child)
Girls bring your Daddy or special man in your life to the YMCA for a catered dinner, fames, and swimming. (Registration deadline Feb 10th by noon).
Y SPLASH

March 15-18, 2010 (Registration Deadline March 12 by noon)
Thanks to KB Specialty Foods, our spring break in March will host another Y-Splash. This is a celebrated event which offers families and kids, ages 6-12, to be safer in and aroudn water. Everyone will be taught safety, rescue, and stroke development. This program is a great opportunity to develop aquatic knowledge and self-esteem.
