Indoor Triathlon: February 23, 2013
1st Heat Begins @ 8:00 amWhile outdoor triathlons are based on time, an indoor triathlon is based on distance. During our indoor tri, you will compete with others from this YMCA and others from YMCAs across the state. This event will help you get ready for our 2nd Annual YMCA Outdoor Triathlon!
Here’s how it works: 10 minutes to swim as many laps as you can, 15 minutes to bike as many miles as you can, 15 minutes to run as many miles as you can.
Race Entry Fees: $15 registration fee without T-shirt, $20 by Feb. 19 (includes a T-shirt), $25 on race day (shirts not guaranteed)
